Following the previous day, the group of short-term training participants went to the Katsura Campus, where Kyoto University’s Graduate School of Engineering is located, to participate in a joint seminar given by Prof. Kishida.
Mr. Belachew, Mr. Yitayou, and Mr. Ayenew from Addis Ababa Science and Technology University presented their PhD research projects. It was a great opportunity for them to be exposed to different types of research projects and diverse ways of presenting their research. They also had a chance to talk with Prof. Yasuhara (Ehime University) of the MNGD project at the venue.
