On December 13, 2023, three members of the MNGD Project short-term training program participated in a social gathering with Ph.D. students at Graduate School of Asian and African Area Studies, Kyoto University, as well as with Ethiopian students who are visiting Japan under “the AY2023 IAfP Short-Term Exchange Program – Kyoto University” and “the IAfP Sakura Invitation Program – Kyoto University“.
The Ethiopian students gathered in Kyoto with Professor Shigeta of the MNGD Project and introduced themselves one by one on a panel.
After the presentations, participants enjoyed a relaxed time over curry and baked potatoes, deepening their friendship.
