Pleasure during expedition to Adama
When we are on an expedition, we look forward to eating the local food. On the way back from a visit to the Adama Science and Technology University, we stopped at a restaurant in the city. This is Kikil. It is a beef soup flavored with turmeric. The stewed meat was filling and very tasty. After lunch, do not forget to have a cup of coffee. The surface of the coffee poured to the brim reflects the people’s smiles.
